Businesses join us in 5th anniversary celebrations

Businesses from across Penrith have had the chance to find out how the Pride in Penrith Lottery is helping local organisations.

As part of the lottery's fifth anniversary celebrations, we gave a short presentation and showed our promotional film to around 30 firms at a Penrith Chamber of Trade event hosted by Ast Signs on Tuesday 1 March 2016.

"Lots of businesses want to help the local community but they aren't sure how to go about supporting the many groups and initiatives that need a helping hand," said Richard Utting, who's a member of the lottery board and also part of Penrith Chamber of Trade. "The lottery gives them a way to do exactly that."

Firms can join the lottery's recently launched business scheme from just £2 a week. They receive a window sticker for their premises to promote their support for the lottery, and they're entered in our weekly jackpot draws to win up to £5,000.
