Could you be our new lottery administrator? If you're looking for a super part-time job and a chance to make a difference in Penrith, then it might just be your lucky day.

We have a vacancy for a new administrator. You'll work around five hours a week, as part of an enthusiastic and informal team striving to make our area that little bit better.
It's a cracking little job that you can fit in around other work and do mostly from home. We pay £10 an hour. 

The type of person we’re looking for:

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for anyone getting in touch with the lottery, so you’ll need to be able to communicate in a professional and supportive way – over the phone, in writing and in person. 
  • You’ll need pretty good computer skills, because you’ll run our lottery draws using an online system and you’ll manage all our membership payments and grant applications. 
  • You’ll need to be well organised, as you’ll be the lottery’s secretary. You’ll arrange and administer our monthly board meetings, taking minutes and keeping all our records straight.
